Job Description
OS Administration

a. Identify errors and isolate the issue (to specific failed unit / service)

b. Perform start up and shut down services by following SOP

c. Isolate issues related user account

d. perform log analysis

Hardware & Networking

a. Check NW performance by logging into task manager / command line

b. Check NIC teaming / pairing status

c. capture network traces

Messaging Application - Server

a. Install patches

b. Troubleshoot issues such as mailflow, NDR, tracking

c. Use executables to generate reports

Office 365

a. Manage users account

b. Convert NSF to PST as per SOP

c. Check Office 365 service health

d. Create incident tickets with Microsoft

e. Check quarantined emails

f. Validate the severity, in discussion with seniors

Backup & Recovery

Troubleshoot if the backup / restore of application database fails under supervision / guidance

Endpoint Security

Basic troubleshooting, issues caused due to endpoint secutity Technical Skills
