Job Description
Responsibilities <br /> &iquest; Leading one/more org level initiatives/ programs end-to-end on Ops Excellence/ Workforce Management/Talent Readiness<br /> &iquest; Managing development of new/enhanced processes &amp; systems for the initiative/program<br /> &iquest; Interface with Development &amp; Resource Management teams to ensure success of the initiatives/programs<br /> &iquest; Designing &amp; delivering MIS Reports to measure and report success of these initiatives/ programs<br /> &iquest; Driving Manpower Planning &amp; Talent Readiness (Up-skilling) across organization with help of HR, L&amp;D and Business Teams<br /> &iquest; Automation of manual processes for Ops Excellence/WFM at Org level<br /> &iquest; Deployment<br /> &iquest; Guiding / Aiding &amp; Advising people on bench or fresh recruits on upskilling &amp; future opportunities</div>
