Job Description
1) Ensures the implementation of various employee programs within the unit such as on-boarding and Assimilation, compensation, performance management
2) Manages the transfer, exit and other employee lifecycle processes
3) Responsible for and manages the grievances of employees
4) Ensures the various communication programs for employees are implemented effectively
5) Ensures employee connect activities including one-on-ones, focus group discussions
6) Drive the Values, culture and diversity initiatives within the unit
7) Help implement and monitor the coaching and mentoring frameworks in the unit
8) Ensures that recognition and reward programs are managed and driven within the unit
9) Assists in recruiting employees, background check process completion
10) Ensures the actionizing of ESat and CSat findings and initiatives
11) Helps to ensure that all required dashboards are generated and analyzed
12) Drives Process and statutory compliance
13) Drive Org. Initiaives as allocated based on business requirements.


Customer Satisfaction Index on people related areas, SLAs Reporting,
Process SLAs
ESAT, Engagement scores, Onboarding surveys, Dipsticks, competency baseline improvements, utilization, rotations, culture/ values/ diversity metrics for the unit
