TRS is reimagining the role of Chief People Officer, leaning heavily on his own 20+ year journey thus far at Microland where he has been able to thrive thanks to a culture that deeply values mentoring and trusting smart employees to make the most of new opportunities. In his earlier role of Chief Delivery Officer TRS managed complex client engagements including Fortune 500 clients and motivated large, globally distributed teams. In doing so, he was reliably famous for driving strategic IT projects through innovative service delivery models. This domain expertise and decades of operations and business strategy experience will serve TRS well as he innovates how best to augment and steward Microland’s talent pool around the world.
TRS has an engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from the University of Madras.
