Managed Wi-Fi

Microland’s Managed Wi-Fi offers cloud-controlled Wi-Fi 6 capabilities with the objective to enhance digital business and end-user experience by leveraging AI and location-based service capability, delivered in a “Wi-Fi as a service” offering that is powered by Microland’s Intelligeni NetOps Platform. Key services offered through our managed Wi-Fi services:

• Design services include building an enterprise-level Wi-Fi strategy by analyzing the enterprise’s business and technical requirement, gathering objectives and guidelines around cost reduction, business policies, and high-level and low-level network architecture designs, along with planning the overall migration. Our services include running a PoC and building a business case to showcase cost savings to TCO (total cost of ownership) and ROI (return of investment) approach for transformation.
• Build and Deployment services includes information gathering, site readiness assessments, generating configuration template, low-level architecture designing, with location of devices installation on-premises or cloud, zero-touch configuration and policies deployment with automation and templates, automated UAT testing and validation with documentation and handover to BAU support.
• Manage Wi-Fi includes 24x7 monitoring and management, hardware, and software lifecycle support, reporting of SLAs and XLAs, service integration and management, vendor coordination, tools and automation support, continuous improvement, Wi-Fi analytics, and automation services.

SDN for Data Center

The SDN for DC provides centralized monitoring and management with a single pane of glass of visibility and control with application-based policy implementation, performance assurance, and visibility.
