Job Description

Hardware & Network

a.        Troubleshoot complex problem like Application slowness, through use of tools like IPSla, Net flow etc., usage of packet tracing and debug commands.

b.        Perform Correlation and Analytics for complex issue resolution.

c.       Evaluate Product Platforms, carry out Proof of Concept and Integrations, Knowledge Acquisition and  Transfer

d.        Understand the need of business  & convert them into BOM / design by proposing right HW make / model / version

e.        Plan & Deploy solutions through advanced troubleshooting techniques.



a.       Design and implement VPN environment according to customer requirement.

b.        Configure IPSEC, L3VPN, and DMVPN.

c.        T-shoot and provide solutions for VPN related incidents, related to VPN Tunnel establishment.

d.        Troubleshoot complicated issues using Packet Captures and TCP Dumps.


a.       Suggest improvements by optimizing the settings according to the user environment.

b.       Suggest entire proxy architecture for business including proxies and application proxies.



a.       Troubleshoot complex problems by log analysis and packet captures.

b.       Understand Firewall H/W and map the requirement to the H/W and implementation required

c.        Define : Capacity, Scaling, Redundancy, Product Placement and Knowledge.


Load Balancing

a.       Troubleshoot Custom Load Balancing rules.

b.       View counters and isolate faulty nodes.

c.       Troubleshoot using Wireshark dumps and TCP Dumps.

d.       SSL Offloading, Customization and Complex Load Balancing rule programming
