Job Description
Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve technical queries of customer - High Sev Incidents, Major Changes, Change Scripting, Problem Management Tickets, RCA preparation, Understand product technology and prepare technical documentation, SOPs, Transitions of new tech, Deployement of servers , Attend conference calls with technical escalation points onsite./Customer/RCA reviews/High critical incidents conf calls

Knowledge Management : Assist team members in providing information and knowledge sharing, Train/Mentor the new hires in the team

Operations : Compliance to set Process, SLA & SLOs, Project/Program Guidelines, Participate in UAT for home-grown tools

Proactive monitoring and administration

Hardware and Networking

Operating Systems - Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX Administration

Backup and Disaster Recovery


NFS/NIS/DNS - Unix User management
