Administrator - Messaging
3 - 5 years of experience
Messaging & O365 Admins:
- Should have worked on On Prem servers. Needs to have an experience of working in atleast 1 version of exchange from 2010 onwards.
- Knowledge on Roles and features in windows 2012, R2, 2016.
- Managing Mailbox databases/ Backups/ Repair/Recovery
- Should have worked in O365 and have hands-on with client end troubleshooting.
- Needs to have experience in a Hybrid environment.
- Troubleshooting Administrative tasks in Exchange On-Premise/Office 365/Hybrid set up.
- Hands on experience on Mail flow and in addressing mail flow issues. Troubleshoot Mail flow issues, NDR issues, Email delay issues etc…
- Experience in managing Active Directory users and objects.
- Managing account creation and groups.
- Managing permission for user objects on AD and providing access.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting to run and understand scripts
- Message tracking and other administrative functions.
- Hands on SCCM Client installation, Software Distribution, Patch Management.
- Day-to-day support on Exchange Server and backup/restoration.
- Knowledge of other O365 applications like TEAMS, SharePoint, One Drive etc. – This is a good to have skill but not essential.
