1) Leading behavioural transformation of  team members; Employee Engagement; Development of team members
2) Contribute to process simplification and standardisation
3) Creating thought leadership perception with customers /analysts
4) Own and ensure 100% Integrity compliance to Microland and Customer Policy, Procedure & Practices &  Customer Contract
5) Complete documentation of the projects; Process simplification and innovations achieved
6) Delivering the projects on time within the prescribed quality and costs
7) 100% awareness of policy/procedures within teams; zero breach/violation of  InfoSec, Asset management, Harassment & Policy (Microland and Customer) within the team
8) Drive zero retaliation culture within the organization
