Job Description
1) Implementation of the communication framework
2) Provide input for policy implementation
3) Design and Implement employee engagement initiatives
4) Help deploy the career planning objectives of the Unit
5) Ensure deployment of suitable motivational and team building initiatives
6) Implement specific initiatives based on ESAT /CSAT
7) Ensure TNI adherence in the unit
8) Grievance Counseling / Discipline
9) Handle exits and share exit analysis trends with managers/HOPS/ PH/FH
10) Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one point contact for all HR issues within the Unit
11) Partnering with Corp-HR in initiatives
12) Implement Immigration related policies
13) Pre-onboarding and onboarding activities as per the onboarding process
14) Cover onsite personnel of the Units in the areas of communication and career planning
15) Mentoring program deployment
16) Performance management deployment
17) Recruitment, training and performance review of team


Customer satisfaction - People parameters; people escalations minimized
SLAs adherence for various HR processes
ESAT; Employee engagement; attrition; competency enhancement
