> Lync 2010/2013 or Skype for Business 2015, Skype for Business Online, MS Teams.
> L2/L3 level experience in Lync/Skype management.
> Expert knowledge in managing Lync/Skype Enterprise Voice.
> DID number assignment.
> Creating and managing Voice policies.
> Management of Lync Mediation Server.
> Basic Microsoft SQL database queries related to Lync management.
> Generate various reports w.r.t Lync 2013/Skype for Business 2015.
> Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L1/L2/L3-Server Level of support for eMail infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 & O365 for a user base spread across multiple environments and time zones.
> Troubleshoot and administer the Exchange Active Sync (EAS) environment for multi-thousand devices that are managed through Good Mobile.
> Responsible for Incident Management i.e. Troubleshooting and leading critical or urgent issues on eMail and mobility infrastructure, and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLAs with customer.
> Manage Exchange Load Balancers (KEMP Load Balancer & WNLB).
> Managing of Email gateways Cisco IronPort.
> Performing successfully configuration changes to the infrastructure within the defined maintenance schedules. E.g. OS and Application Patches, Roll-Ups, Upgrades, etc.
> Perform duties such as Setting up Mailboxes, Device Enrollments / Mailbox Restorations - Disaster Recovery / Redundant Environment Setup / Configuration / Administration, Scripting Languages: PowerShell.
> Support Knowledge Management initiative and assist Problem Manager with creation of SOPs/ KBs for Known Error Database.
> Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up skilling as and when Program demands.
> Proactive monitoring and administration: Sound knowledge of warning/Errors. Any error observed during health check/reports, should be able to analyze the criticality and impact and try to resolve.
> Hardware and Networking: Knowledge on Server Hardware - Multiple Vendors, Remote Management Tools, Software & Hardware Raid, Clear network fundamentals & topology
> Exchange/Domino/Send Mail Messaging Management: Sound knowledge of Exchange/Domino/Send Mail server, service pack installation, troubleshoot various server related issues, troubleshoot NDRs, Exchange server roles and responsibilities, Basic knowledge of power shell, Knowledge of DAG, Knowledge of RSG/RDB and tracking emails.
> Messaging Server & Client: Sound knowledge of Outlook/Lotus Notes, Analyze the message header, Delegate permission, Recovering deleted items, Outlook rules, Free/busy, Create/Modify location document,
> Collaboration Services: Good knowledge and experience in handling Skype for Business / Lync 2010/2013 Servers. Experience on Enterprise Voice and client related issues.
> Clustering: Clear Clustering fundamentals, knowledge between NLB and Clusters
> Active Directory User Administration and Management: Basic knowledge - What is Active Directory, user administration and management.
> Backup/Recovery: Working knowledge on Setup and Configuration of native & 3rd party backup management tools & troubleshooting. Technical understanding of different types of backup and restore scenarios
> Antivirus & Antispam: Working knowledge of native & 3rd party antivirus management tools, Virus definitions/signature update, Profanity, SPF, Trust Manager, Reputation, Spoof, RBL, Grey Listing and Define route.
> Mobility Server > Blackberry/Active Sync, Microsoft InTune, IBM MaaS360, Goodlink etc. & Clients: Sound knowledge of Blackberry/Active Sync, Goodlink, Knowledge of Mobility server/device software.
