Hardware & Networking


a. Participate in design and provide HW capacity inputs


b. Perform network trace analysis


Messaging Application - Server


a. Rebuild messaging application servers


b. Deploy and Decom messaging Servers


c. Bring DR site infrastructure as defined


d. Perform assignment of database files for back up


e. Assess and plan patch implementations


f. Analyze incidents and identify causes


g. Perform change implementation as required"


Skype for Business


a. Troubleshoot Skype for business issues related to the network environment


b. Run and capture network traces


c. Create / configure / update Dial plans / normalization rules, Voice policies, Broadcast Meeting configuration, Caller ID policy, IP Phone policy, Mobility policy, Skype meeting configuration for a user, UM Mailbox policy, and voicemail policy etc.


d. Configure Cloud PBX, Cloud Connector edition, hunt groups, call queues, auto attendants etc. "


Office 365


a. Troubleshoot complex issues such as - mailflow, NDR, Co-existence with on-prem messaging platform


b. Understand the business & technical requirements


c. Understand and validate the finalized design


d. Assist / guide the customer related to product architecture & design


e. Analyze incidents and identify causes


f. Perfom configuration of Office 365 as per finalized design


g. Present features / functionalities & solution to client


h. Configure Microsoft Exchange Online Protection / Advance Threat Protection


i. Provide required mailflow configuration for 3rd party email gateway to customer


j. Configure Office 365 DLP, Transport Rule


Backup & Recovery


a. Design and deploy various 3rd party backup solution and integrates with email infrastrcture


b. Backup IOPS computation and performance fine tuning Technical Skills
