Rajesh Lakhani

Rajesh Lakhani is responsible for growing and managing Microland's business across the Asia-Pacific region. A results-oriented leader, Rajesh is passionate and adept at translating complex technology landscapes into strategic business outcomes driving profitable growth, deepening client, and partner relationships, and building the secure, resilient digital foundations that enable organizations to thrive.

Rajesh brings over 31 years of experience in strategy, sales, operations, and technology across diverse industries and global markets. Prior to joining Microland, he served as Regional Managing Director for India, Middle East & Africa at an AI-first digital transformation company. In addition Rajesh has worked in Wipro, Lenovo, Hitachi Data Systems, etc. Across his career, Rajesh has held senior leadership positions with major technology and IT services organizations, managing all facets of business including customer relationship management, business development, large-scale transformation, and P&L ownership across global markets.

Rajesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bangalore University.
