He also leads Microland's Global Industrial IoT business, one of the vital focus areas for the company. Manjanath’s association with Microland dates back to 2002, and since then he has been instrumental in catalyzing the company's growth with a strong focus on delivering business value and creating a positive customer experience for delighting customers.
At Microland, he has been at the helm of driving best-in-class sales and account management practices alongside optimizing service delivery and quality. With 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience in leading global teams to enable offshoring enterprise IT services to India, Hungary, UK, and China, Manjanath’s expertise spans across strategy, technology innovation, service delivery, and quality.
An MBA graduate from Georgia Institute of Technology, he holds a graduate degree in engineering from Bangalore University. He is also a proud member of the elite club of global professionals that helps candidates clear the ITIL Expert and ITIL Service Manager Exam. Some of his other notable accomplishments include DMAIC Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, Business Continuity Expert, ISO 27000, BS 15000, and ISO 14000 certifications.
