Alok Shrivastwa is Microland's Chief AI Officer. In his role, Alok develops and leads Microland’s AI vision and strategy, fostering an AI-first culture. He is responsible for applying AI to enhance the company's service delivery, internal operations, and client engagements.

Alok’s responsibilities include overseeing Microland’s AI Center of Excellence, leveraging AI to personalize client interactions, integrating AI into existing systems and solutions, guiding investments in data and AI technologies, and conceptualizing new AI-based services that unlock fresh value.

With 18 years of experience in delivering advanced technology solutions, Alok is a firm champion of cross-functional collaboration, gold standards in governance practices, and responsible AI-driven innovation. He has a proven track record of turning bold ideas into transformative solutions.
