As Vice President, Sales - Middle East, Rustom is responsible for the sales emanating from the Middle East region.
Rustom joined Microland in August 1992 and was primarily responsible for developing business in the western region and increasing focus on major accounts. In 2001, Rustom took over the Middle East and African territories with a view towards expanding Microland's services in the MEA markets, and post a successful year added the responsibility of looking after the Indian markets to his portfolio.
He started his career with International Data Management Limited, a Computing & CAD solutions company. Rustom was initially responsible for core sales and later moved on to set up the distribution network (channel sales) for IDM in western India.
Rustom holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Management from The Sydenham Institute of Management Studies.
