Microland has successfully completed the Microsoft Unified Communications Solutions Competency, including the required training, certifications and live implementations. This makes Microland the first Microsoft Voice Specialized Partner (VSP) in India with OCS R2 certification.

As part of the training and implementations, some of the features implemented were audio, video and web conferencing, Unified Messaging, voice mail and Auto attendant, Federation with Microsoft and even PSTN connectivity for inbound/outbound calls, allowing Microland to work more closely with Microsoft and thereby being of higher value to it’s own customers.

The partnership allows Microland to obtain internal-use licenses which would help give employees a hands-on experience with various Microsoft unified communications technologies.
