K Srinivasan or Srini as he is known is responsible for growing Microland's business and partner relationship management across Global Strategic Accounts.
With over 22 years of experience in spearheading and managing profit centers for growth, hands on experience in diverse functions including sales, distribution, and human resources, Srini is an excellent strategist with keen business and financial acumen.
He joined Microland in 2000 and has headed diverse functions in the last few years, from Human Resources to Franchising for Microland's Technical Education Business. Prior to Microland, Srini was a key Account Manager for a Fortune 10 customer, responsible for sales and relationship management in India, Asia Pacific and Europe. He has worked with Concorde Motors and Wipro Limited earlier.
Srini holds a B Tech in Electrical Engineering and is member of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
