K S Ganesan or KSG is Microland's Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for leading all technical and strategic initiatives at Microland and has been with the company for more than 18 years.

KSG brings with him over 19 years of experience in the Network, IT Infrastructure and Managed Services space. He has played a key role in the company's technology strategy formulation and has been responsible for designing and building large-scale enterprise and service provider networks for global clients. He was instrumental in creation of "Microland Virtual Labs" available 24 x7 with anywhere access, which helps in building well-informed technology teams on best-of-breed technologies, giving Microland a competitive edge. KSG CCIE credentials was a featured story on his continued focus on learning technology in being CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) for over a decade. He has been a "technology hands-on" person till date.

Prior to Microland, KSG was the Chief Technology Officer of Bangalore Labs, where he successfully built and launched the company's Network Operations Center (NOC) and remote management services.

KSG holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Trichy.
