Junaid is responsible for managing Microland's strategic accounts in the US.
Junaid has over 21 years of International experience having worked in India for 3 years, Middle East for 9 years and USA since 1997. He is an all round IT sales professional having successfully sold Hardware, Networking and Data Comm. equipment, ITO and BPO services as well as IMS globally and recognized for his ability to consistently deliver outstanding sales results.
Junaid has spent half his career at HCL in Bangalore and Mumbai in hardware sales and in HCL Technologies USA in Software Services. He was awarded the Chairman's award for outstanding sales performance in 2001 and 2002 and was the first sales person in HCL to touch $1 million monthly offshore revenues in 2001. He rose to head the East Coast, USA operations and managed a portfolio of over $60 million.
Prior to Microland he worked at Hexaware Technologies where he headed the East Coast Region and grew its Software Services revenues from $14 million revenues to $45 million in a short span of 2 years contributing almost 30% of Hexaware's Global revenues. Junaid holds a post graduate degree in management and operates out of the company's Stamford office. |
