So, when a client recently went through a merger, he used Microland’s SmartMigrate for the Active Directory (AD) migration. It was certainly a cheaper, faster and better solution, given that the customer had tried AD migrations earlier with another vendor and failed in organization change management. Imtiaz believes in developing solutions and services that work exactly the way our customers desire. . In this case, it allowed the customer to migrate 100,000 users across 60 nationalities with a peak of 24,000 migration objects in a multi-vendor environment with ease and poise—bang between the COVID-19 pandemic. The signal that went out to the customer was, “Microland is in control” and Microland is committed to make it a successful transformation. Imtiaz is like the Swiss Army Knife of digital. An automation leader with a sharp sense of service management & Passion for customer success. He has also driven the development of Network Assurance Platform (NAP) that helps organizations transform from legacy to software defined networks (SD-WAN). NAP also works to sustain the transformation and adds BI analytics & automation into the mix to make “things cheaper, better, faster”. In his free time, Imtiaz looks up stuff on super luxury cars (nothing cheap around here, better for sure). The flood of zero-touch, comfort and safety features being put out by Bentley, Maybach and Rolls-Royce and the likes fascinate him, perhaps he relate this to customers centricity & desired level of service in service management space & how digital solution should enable it.
