Job Description
Hardware & Networking
a. Understand the need of business & convert them into BOM / design
b. Propose right Hardware make / model / version

a. Collect business requirements & define business case
b. Assess infrastructure, propose improvements & implement solution

Network Management Tools
a. Design and Deployment of Servers like Symposium/CC6/CMS and resource kit tools like report generation -Realtime/Historical
b. Work with Sun Solaris and Linux OS for automation
c. Decide parameters to be monitored & assess infrastructure and propose improvements

Voice/ Call Recording Solution
a. Choose the right application / product as a solution to meet business needs
b. Design and deployment of Call Recording solution /Screen capture/Quality Monitoring tool.

Backup & Recovery
Technical Skills
