Job Description
1. Strategy & Planning
a) Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
b) Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
c) Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
d) Plan, schedule & track project milestones & deliverables using appropriate tools.
e) Track project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
f) Conduct project post mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
g) Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

2. Operational Management
a) Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
b) Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
c) Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
d) Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
e) Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
f) Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
g) Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

3. Knowledge & Experience
a) Overall experience of 9-11 years with experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
b) Strong familiarity with project management tools like MS Project & MS Visio
c) Solid working knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Networks, Server & Storage technologies
