Govinda Raj A is Senior Marketing Manager at Microland. He is the Product Manager for Mobility. Govind has over 10 years of experience in product management in telecom and IT domains. At Microland, he is also responsible for creating compelling and differentiated new services and driving technology alliances. Govinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from NIT, Warangal and a post graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Sandeep Boda is a Manager with the Services Marketing team at Microland in charge of building and marketing solutions around Cloud and Desktop Virtualization. He has nearly 2 years of marketing experience in the Remote IT infrastructure management services.

Nikhilesh Murthy is a Manager with the Marketing team at Microland in charge of marketing solutions around Messaging, Collaboration, Networks and Mobility. He has over 4 years of marketing experience in the Remote IT infrastructure management services.

Jasjit Singh Hari is a Group Consultant at Microland with over 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Information Security Consulting. Jasjit has been responsible for requirements assessments and solution engineering. He has worked extensively with Microland clients on developing migrations roadmaps and technology implementation strategies. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Risk Management (PGDERM) from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University.

Sunil Sarat is an Associate General Manager and head of the Data & Information practice at Microland. Sunil has 13+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management space with hands on expertise in technology operations, technology architecture, information security, transition, project management and presales. He spearheads various infrastructure projects spanning across systems, storage, and networking & security technologies for several global customers of Microland.

MLN is the Vice President solutions at Microland Limited.

As vice president of sales for the India and Middle East, Partho is responsible for the overall sales and business development for Microland’s business in these geographies. Partho has 20+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, strategy and P&L responsibility from his tenure in Wipro Limited. During his long career, he has delivered strategic business value and growth in various roles handling both domestic and global business assignments. Partho is an established thought leader in the technology field and was the primary external spokesperson for Wipro-Sun Business unit in India. Partho has a dual degree in MSc (Honors) Economics and MMS (Master of Management Studies) from BITS, Pilani.

Dr. Rahul Vilas Ghodke heads the Automation and Transition team at Microland and has a vast experience in developing and deploying Business Service Management Tooling environments. He has over ten years of experience in large infrastructure and IT service transition, transformation and implementation projects in ITIL –based managed service environments. Rahul has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA- Information Management) from SP Jain Institute of Management Research, Mumbai, India and a Doctorate of Communication Design (Systems) from School of Information Arts and Technologies, University of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Rahul is also a certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, USA and holds Masters and Foundation certifications in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) from IESB, UK and EXIN, Netherlands

M.S. Rangaraj (MSR) is the Chief Innovation Officer responsible for defining and driving technology and services innovation in Microland. MSR comes with over 30 years of global as well as domestic experience as a technology leader. He has been responsible for technology strategy, innovation and management and has helped build high performance technology teams. Prior to this engagement, MSR was with Fidelity India, where he was the CTO for KVH and was also responsible for setting up and operating the offshore unit for KVH. KVH is a 100% owned telecom & IT Services subsidiary of Fidelity, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. In the past, MSR was the Group CTO for Microland for 10 years and helped build Microland in its formative years and was the CTO for Nirvana Business Solutions an innovative BPO. MSR has done his Masters in Computer Science from BITS Pilani in 1980 post which he started his career at Processor Systems India as a hardware design engineer. His interests are in sports, traveling and spiritual pursuits.

Vaibhav has 16+ years of rich experience in building and growing the businesses across industries. He has built large organizations, with strong focus on people, processes and customer relationship management. As Business Head of Cloud Services, Vaibhav is responsible for driving the Cloud business of Microland. Prior to joining Microland, he co-founded AeNwis e-Systems, one of the early companies the coupons & offers services space in India and served as its President since 2007. Prior to this, he was the President, India Operations of iSeva from 2000-2007, an early leading BPO company with business in Financial Services, Technology Support and Domestic Call Center business. Prior to iSeva, he was with Citibank N. A. as Regional Sales Manager for 2 years. Vaibhav is management graduate from IIM, Calcutta and has a Bachelor’s Degree from IIT, Kanpur.
