As CEO, Global Tech Support Business, Sharad is responsible for Microland's enterprise/consumer technical support operations across America, Europe, Middle East, India.

A veteran in the IT industry, he is a member of several esteemed industry associations and has been an assessor for the prestigious MAIT and CII "Excellence in Business Management" program that evaluates and selects the Best Managed Corporate entities of India.

Prior to joining Microland, Sharad worked with Wipro Limited for nine years.

A certified Six-Sigma Green Belt, Sharad is an Electronics Engineer with a masters degree in Business Administration.
